We are looking for a Product and Body Builder Manager to Join our dynamic team in the Daimler Truck MEA FZE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all sales engineering topics of the Daimler Buses product range. Ensure the support of General Distributors and internal counterparts in all products related topics from a sales perspective and Coordinate all product topics for the Bus Department.

What You Can Expect

Main Task Overview:

• General Product Management
• Body Builder Key Account Management
• New Vehicle launch support
• Management of homologation process of the Daimler Buses product range for MEA markets
• Clarification of local homologation topics related to production requirements (vehicle specs, code releases) with GDs/Daimler Buses/plants
• Market intelligence and markets needs
• Preparation of training material and information according to MEA specifications
• Preparation and conduction of Product trainings for GD sales force
• Training for MB sales tools (MBKS, PIT, Bodybuilder site) and CV Sales related IT systems (AFAB order system)
• Communication and reporting of product related topics between Daimler Buses, GDs, RC MEA Sales and After-Sales

Qualifications

THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH

Required Qualification:

• University Degree in automotive engineering or similar.
  
  

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of product management/pricing/sales/marketing in the automotive industry
  
  

Specific Knowledge & Skills requirements:

• Commercial vehicle product knowledge and skills about buses
• Structure and processes of Daimler Buses, GDs
• Cultural knowledge or experience of MEA region preferable
• Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• Teamwork, motivation, communication skills
• Excellent English and German language skills is a must
