As a Product Designer you will
Strategic UX Leadership:
- Execute and evolve our UX design strategy in alignment with business objectives, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design initiatives support and drive overall business strategy.
- Promote user-centered design principles by emphasizing the significance of thorough research, and iterative design practices throughout the product development process.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering insights to guide the design strategy and refine the user experience.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders to seamlessly integrate user experience design into the product development lifecycle.
- Facilitate clear communication and storytelling around product needs, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Develop and manage the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and detailed high-fidelity designs, ensuring they meet established standards in interaction design, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Support the evolution and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and design innovations, while sharing insights that motivate the team to challenge limits and explore new opportunities.
- Champion ongoing improvements in design processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance both efficiency and quality throughout the design lifecycle.
- 3 to 5 years of product design experience with a strong focus on design craftsmanship.
- Demonstrated success managing projects that have had a measurable impact on organizational success.
- Passionate about tackling complex, ambiguous problems and transforming them into clear, actionable design goals.
- Proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with a keen eye for detail.
- Strategic and critical thinking abilities, paired with flexibility and a willingness to explore new approaches.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide end-to-end design processes within your team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate for user needs and articulate the value of design across the organization.
- In-depth understanding of growth domains and the ability to apply a data-informed design approach to ensure scalable, effective solutions.
