Overview

As a Product Designer on our team, you possess exceptional skills in product, process, and interface design skills. You have a keen eye for detail and color, a good knowledge of our competitors, vendors, and markets, and stellar communication skills. You have the vision to design products that cater to the market needs. You partner with our cross-functional teams to influence what our products do and how they do it, primarily focusing on the customer experience.

To play a critical role in the development of high-performance data solutions & information products for our Content Strategy team at Presight.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to determine gaps in the market and translate research into feasible ideas and designs that will address customer requirements.

Engage with internal cross-functional teams and customers to showcase and collaborate using wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user journey maps.

Evaluating information needs for projects and help define product design requirements.

Quickly turn concepts into wireframes and flow diagrams, presenting them on the target devices to simulate the user experience closely.

Analyze market and customer requirements to create core use cases, expressing them via text, wireframes, mockups, or videos.

Making presentations to senior management or clients, either when bidding for a contract or presenting design proposals.

Meticulous in illustrating and communicating complex design solutions across use cases by creating use cases, and process flows.

Use a variety of metrics to analyze and continuously improve the user experience.

Conducting user research and setting design requirements based on findings from various credible sources.

Collaborator and also an individual contributor who relies on professional discretion to achieve goals.

Versatile, adaptable, and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic work environment.

Collaborating in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Stellar communication skills, effectively expressing yourself and gathering and sharing information clearly and consistently.

Bring new content ideas to the table and effectively implement them.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a product designer.
• Solid knowledge of prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid practical knowledge of workflow tools, such as Axure RP, Keynote, OmniGraffle, and Visio.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in planning, researching, collaborating, designing, and presenting user stories and designs.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to take part and contribute in specialist and cross-functional team meetings.
• High degree of technical knowledge balanced with creative ability and hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel to client location (within and outside UAE), if required, at short notice
