Product Designer

Role Summary

As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Botim and its features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user experiences powered by innovation and driven by new technologies.

Responsibilties

• Deliver user-centered designs for features across Botim’s ecosystem.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard tools.
• Follow established design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Translate user research insights into actionable design improvements.
• Adapt existing frameworks to propose meaningful updates to usability and workflows.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design objectives.
• Articulate design rationale to team members and stakeholders, expanding your influence.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, especially AI and machine learning, and explore how they can be integrated into design workflows.
• Contribute to Astra Tech’s mission by exploring innovative ways to improve the user experience through technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in product design or a similar role, ideally in a tech-focused company.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma).
• Proficiency in prototyping and animation tools (e.g. Protopie, After Effects, Lottie)
• Basic understanding of user research methodologies and interaction design.
• Ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
