Product Line Manager (Proptech SaaS Solutions)

We are seeking a dynamic Product Line Manager to spearhead a PropTech SaaS product line portfolio. In this role, you will drive the strategic direction and operational execution of the product lines, ensuring market competitiveness, revenue growth, and high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from engineering and sales to marketing and customer success to align product development efforts with broader company objectives.

Role location: Ideally office based in Dubai Expo City, but flexible to consider remote working

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsibilities

Product Vision & Roadmap

• Define the overall vision and strategy for the PropTech SaaS product line, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects evolving market needs, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
  
  
  

Market & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in PropTech.
• Identify and evaluate new market segments for expansion, recommending strategies to capture these opportunities.
  
  
  

Revenue & Profitability Targets

• Own the financial performance of the product line, setting targets for revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
• Collaborate with finance and executive leadership to establish pricing models, cost structures, and forecasts.
  
  
  

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with key customers, partners, and industry thought leaders to inform product strategy and promote the product vision.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing overall business direction.
  
  
  

Product Strategy Communication

• Articulate the short- and long-term product strategy to internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders.
• Provide clear rationale for roadmap priorities and ensure alignment with the companys mission and objectives.
  
  
  

Operational Responsibilities

Product Development Coordination

• Lead the entire product development lifecycle, including product discovery, definition, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with engineering and UX teams to translate market insights and user needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Cloud Knowledge: Utilize your expertise in cloud technologies to guide the development of cloud-based products and solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and integrate cloud best practices into product development.
• Ensure features are delivered on time, within scope, and align with quality standards.
  
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional coordination with research, product development, sales and marketing, and customer success teams to drive go-to-market plans, product launches, and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate regular meetings, updates, and discussions to keep all stakeholders informed on product progress and launch timelines.
  
  
  

Project & Resource Management

• Oversee product-related budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize internal and external partnerships.
• Set goals for development sprints or release cycles, monitoring progress and addressing risks proactively.
  
  
  

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as usage, churn, and revenue metrics.
• Develop data-driven insights and present actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
  
  
  

Customer Feedback & Quality Assurance

• Develop feedback loops and user testing strategies to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Implement continuous improvement processes for product performance, reliability, and user experience.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
  
  

Experience:

• 5+ years of product management or product line management experience in a SaaS or software solutions environment.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in PropTech, real estate technology, or related domains.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

• Experience with SaaS analytics, user engagement metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of property management systems, IoT integrations, or smart building technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development best practices.
