Product Manager - AceNet - #52202

Job Description:

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product development lifecycle, from market research to launch, and
for defining and prioritizing product features and requirements. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional
teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure that the product meets customer needs and aligns with
company goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall strategy and vision.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for innovation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
4. Create product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
5. Work closely with Engineering to ensure that product development stays on schedule and meets quality standards.
6. Coordinate with Design to ensure that the product has a compelling and intuitive user interface.
7. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging that resonates with customers.
8. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
9. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
10. Gather and prioritize feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product improvements.
11. Facilitate communication and alignment across functions and levels within the organization.
12. Make data-driven decisions to drive product growth and profitability.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably in a technology or software company.
3. Proven track record of successfully launching products that met or exceeded revenue and customer adoption targets.
4. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and customer needs.
7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and achieving results.
8. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
9. Experience with product development tools and platforms, such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
10. Familiarity with customer discovery and validation techniques, such as customer interviews and surveys.
11. Understanding of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
