Our Client:

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team. This person will be within the collaboration department. Our client is looking for someone who has performed all the key parts of product management: Interacted directly with customers and with data to understand the problems to solve. Ideated with the designer and the team to come up with solution. Defined the full project and product end-to-end. Shipped it. Tracked ongoing performance and success.

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing and defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new product categories.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on market research, customer feedback, and company goals.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Identifying and defining user needs with user research to help collecting feedback and requirements
• Collaborate with the wider cross-functional team, including engineering, design, marketing, BI, insights, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Setting right KPIs and gaining insight from data
• Liaising with support team and success team regarding users concerns, questions, feedback, and issues.
• Providing product insight and updates to the main stakeholders – management, support and success team, marketing team.
• Strategy – Defining the charter for the team, incl. Product vision, strategy, roadmap, and objectives. Help the company in defining what new product direction we need to take, and break that down into actionable items.
• Execution – Working with the wider cross functional team (dev, UX, BI, research, sales) to deliver great products on time. Working in sprints using standard agile methodology.
• Stakeholder management – Work and collaborate with stakeholders across the company to ensure the right products are built and that they land well with customers.
• Represent the customer – Understand our customers and their needs/problems in depth.
  
  

Your Qualifications:

• Has significant experience in running a product team end-to-end.
• Collaborating and managing a wide range of stakeholders consistently
• Product management methods and techniques
• Data-savvy – Able to use data effectively (more conceptually than the hard skills like SQL, which is nice to have).
• Has interacted directly with a lot of customers.
• Autonomy and Proactiveness – Takes ownership of the product and team.
• Over 5 years working experience as a Product Manager for a software company.
• Previous experience in taking a product from 0 to 1.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience handling the full product cycle - from identifying the right stakeholders, collecting requirements, writing user stories, to the dev processes, post release follow up and metrics, to working on iteration
• Solution oriented– Ability to go look for answers, clarify requirements, and work independently
• Familiar with the entire dev process in an agile environment – Can easily liaise with the Development Team
