The Role
We're seeking a Product Manager to drive and shape the Generative AI initiatives for our MEA-TR Marketplaces. In this role, you'll be instrumental in revolutionizing sellers experience, driving automation at scale in our Seller Services Processes, and help to shape how the marketplace ecosystem evolves through the power of GenAI.
What You'll Do
Drive the strategy and roadmap for integrating GenAI technologies across our 3P marketplace platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact use cases for GenAI in areas such as lead management, personalized growth recommendations and product opportunities.
Define and drive the development of innovative GenAI-powered features that enhance seller tools and buyer interactions
Drive learning and testing to empower our teams
Analyze market trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to keep our tools at the cutting edge
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly marketplace features
Measure and optimize the impact of GenAI implementations on key marketplace metrics
What We're Looking For
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product decisions
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A passion for innovation and a track record of bringing groundbreaking products to market or process improvements to life
7+ years of product management experience or strategy consulting in high-paced / tech environments
Experience with AI/ML technologies
Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies and their practical applications

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
