- Solution Design: Collaborate to design customized solutions, create compelling presentations, and develop detailed proposals.
- Sales Support: Assist sales team with technical expertise, address client inquiries, and ensure proposals meet client needs.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technologies to position company offerings effectively.
- Market Development: Assist in the creation of marketing strategies to promote our products.
- Customer Success: Support smooth transition from product to implementation, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and relationship management.
