About the Team
As an integral part of TikTok's Real Estate department, the Smart Space team aims to provide employees with a safe, convenient, flexible, cross-border distribution and a comfortable working environment through innovative intelligent hardware applications and space resource planning. To enable continuous improvement of employees' work efficiency and experience, we strive to combine TikTok's mission, vision and values to create our unique smart workspace.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for product development of space intelligence hardware and relevant peripheral products within the real estate environment. Including but not limited to defining its functions and parameters, outlining testing requirements, and overseeing deployment efficiency, quality and user satisfaction.
2. Proactively stay on top of intelligence solutions market trends and its development; discover new product opportunities and demands.
3. Complete product planning, prototyping, process development and interactive design independently with relevant documentation.
4. Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery of products and seamless integration.
Qualifications

• Experience in hardware development relating to intelligent products.
• A great command of IOT and Internet system construction.
• Hands-on experience with smart products (e.g. smart home), intelligent workplace air treatment or space analysis.
• A good understanding of product development procedures with the ability to prototype, develop and deploy products independently.
• Skilled at capturing industry trends and market dynamics with a keen business sense and unique product insights.
• Extensive project management experience, excellent communication, coordination, organisation skills and ability to work as a team.
