Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the product roadmap planning and design, creating product requirement documents.
- Organize and coordinate requirements analysis, product design, and interaction design, collaborating with development teams to drive product launch and delivery.
- Coordinate and manage resources to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, including client presentations and training.
- Work closely with the solutions and development teams to clearly understand client needs and iterate product features.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in designing admin console, CMS, CRM, BPM engines, or rule engines.
- Over 3 years of experience as a B2B product manager; experience in leading the end-to-end planning, design, and delivery of a product module from scratch is preferred.
- Proficient in independently creating product requirement documents and prototype design documentation, with the ability to drive project progress; familiarity with the full product development lifecycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with clients and developers.
- Strong work ethic and resilience, with a sense of ownership and a collaborative team spirit.
