About

Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation and operation of procurement products, understanding industry market trends, improving implementation and operation strategies, and optimizing the implementation and operation mechanisms;
• Keep track of users' feedback, deeply understand users' requests, promote product feature improvement and operational strategy optimization, and improve operational efficiency;
• Explore cutting-edge and innovative corporate internal related product operation methodology, implement related methodology to practice by building and developing proper tools based on general platforms;
• Set clear implementation and operation goals, and achieve them.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in system implementation and operation;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster trusted relationships with cross-functional teams to promote collaborative success.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with ERP-related products (Financial system, Procurement system, Legal system, Travel system etc.);
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
