Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to create appealing, cost-effective packaging that aligns with Not So Guilty’s brand identity.
• Research sustainable, efficient materials that ensure product quality and appeal.
• Establish connections with supermarkets, convenience stores, and local markets to sell Not So Guilty products. Negotiate terms with retail partners for product placement.
• Ensure all packaging complies with food safety regulations and market standards.
• Analyze trends to identify the best retail opportunities, packaging designs, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with production and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and stocking of products.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in packaging design, food product handling, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of food industry regulations and standards.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and retail partners.
• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
