Job Summary:
The Industrial Engineer focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes by independently planning and conducting the selection, application and evaluation of engineering techniques, procedures and methodologies to improve the outcomes, within cost, time and Quality requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
Expertise:
Minimum: 0-2 years of experience in operational or manufacturing job role
Preferred: 5 years’ of experience as Industrial Engineer in aerospace / manufacturing environment, or similar experience with regional industry exposure
Minimum: High Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering

Job Summary:
The Industrial Engineer focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes by independently planning and conducting the selection, application and evaluation of engineering techniques, procedures and methodologies to improve the outcomes, within cost, time and Quality requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new electronic products, including printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and system integration.
- Work closely with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and testability of new designs, optimizing for production efficiency and cost reduction.
- Lead the industrialization process, including tooling, fixture design, and automation, to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to evaluate new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures to meet the company’s quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Stay well-informed of the latest trends and advancements in electronics manufacturing and production engineering.
Expertise:
