Summary:

• Manage and oversee all requirements for corporate and hospitality events / initiatives including receptions, dinners and other special events including menu planning and venue decoration (flowers etc)
• Implement the identification of venue, suppliers and advertising outlets/platforms to be utilized to show case the local/international cultural / corporate events, and sponsors/partners when required in coordination with Marketing Department
• Ensuring cash flow is maintained accurately for related Production expenses in coordination with the Finance Department
• Direct and oversee the rehearsals, logistics, accommodation and security of the key external stakeholders (artists, VIP audiences, program supporters, etc)
• Liaise with the Visual Arts and Education and Community Outreach departments and manage the production requirements related to Visual Arts events / exhibitions

• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in event and/or production management within a public/private sector entity, preferably within the sector of arts and culture
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma for Event and/or Production Management or equivalent would be advantageous
• Knowledge of current Abu Dhabi Department of Culture & Tourism Policies
