Production Operator

ROShell is based in the Fujairah Free Zone, UAE and is the first pressure vessel manufacturer for reverse osmosis in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities:

• Follow work instructions, procedures and company policies about health & safety, quality and environment.
• Set up, operate, and monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting on machines to avoid downtime.
• Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Report any defective or non-compliant products to supervisor.
• Maintain logs or production reports, machine downtimes, quality control checks, and any issues.
• Keep track of production targets and ensure they are met within the designated time frame.
• Keeping cleanliness and 5S of production areas of their responsibility.
• Take part in Kaizens and improvement activities.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school graduates will be preferred.
• Be able to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Young, energetic and passionate to work with a growing company.
• Previous experience working in a production environment is preferred.
• Experience with the operation of production equipment is preferred.
  
  
  

Working Hours:

• Working hours will be 8 hours a day and 6 days a week, and the incumbent should be willing to work any of the 24-hour shifts.
