Job Brief:

We are seeking a skilled Production Planner to oversee and optimize production schedules, inventory management, and supply chain logistics within a paper manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve production targets efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Communicate production updates and schedule changes clearly with stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for production planning and inventory management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning with proven expertise in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software from ABB.
• Paper industry experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering).
