Production Supervisor– CarnistoreAre you an advocate of efficiency, precision, and quality? CarniStore is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our operations with an expert eye on quality, meat processing, and wastage management. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows their way around food safety regulations, and can ensure every cut, pack, and process meets our top-tier standards.
Salary range: AED5,500 - 7000

What You’ll Do:
- Own the production flow – from receiving raw materials to final packaging, making sure every step is optimized for efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure precision – maintain strict portion control and accuracy in every product to deliver the CarniStore promise.
- Minimize waste – analyze processes, implement best practices, and train the team to reduce losses and maximize yield.
- Lead the team – manage and motivate the production crew to maintain high performance and accountability.
- Stay compliant – enforce food safety and hygiene protocols, and ensure we meet all local and international standards.
- Track & Improve – monitor key KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and continuously refine our production processes.
- Experience in food production (butcher shop, meat processing, supermarket, or similar industry)
- Strong leadership skills – you know how to manage and motivate people and keep production running smoothly.
- Expertise in food safety & hygiene standards – you are trained in Basic Food Hygiene, HACCP knowledge is a bonus.
- Sufficient computer literacy - you are comfortable with learning and using ERP, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Problem-solving mindset – you’re quick on your feet and can make decisions under pressure.
- Passion for quality – you understand that every gram counts and precision is key.
