Job Purpose:

Lead the team and maintain their efficiency to achieve targets and meet customer requirements and standards. Responsible for managing the workflow and creating schedules for the entire team to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help in planning and organizing production. Assign work to the staff according to the production needs and their skills, and keep track of all production activities.
• Manage the entire team, coordinate, and ensure smooth production in the organization.
• Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the work of all staff, ensuring that all work is delivered safely and on time.
• Ensures equipment start-ups within required timelines and verifies the availability of stocks required for production.
• Ensure the target productivity level is achieved daily.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Manage and lead the team, and daily supervision to maximize efficient productivity
• Prepare job cards and get approval from production manager for new work to be done
• Coordinate with the sales coordinator for the upcoming jobs to be done
• Daily delivery commitment meeting.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years of supervisory and leadership experience. Packaging industry experience is a definite plus.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve problems.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness.
• Should possess excellent planning and leadership skills.
• Arabic fluency is preferred.
