Job Summary: The Production Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting .NET and SQL-based applications in a production environment. This role involves providing technical support, diagnosing and resolving incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in .NET and SQL, experience with issue tracking and escalation processes, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet SLAs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in production support for .NET and SQL-based applications.
Strong knowledge of .NET frameworks, C#, and SQL queries.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
