The Role
Responsibilities: Manage and evaluate the entire production process. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. Monitor production to resolve issues. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers.) Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials.) Approve production maintenance work, purchasing of equipment. Ensure output meets quality standards. Enforce health and safety precautions. Report to upper management. Contribute to production planning, estimation of costs and budgeting. Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a safe production environment.

Requirements
Deep knowledge of production management. Understanding of quality standards, health, and safety regulations. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts Experience in reporting on key production metrics. Outstanding communication ability. Excellent organizational and leaderships skills. Attention to detail. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. Minimum of 5 years direct experience in a similar role. Best in class in statistical techniques. Have a good understanding of engineering and machine tools fundamentals. Experience in production management for at least 5 years. B.S/ or B. A/ or B.E in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering. A management qualification or certification is a bonus
