We are seeking a skilled Hair Professional Educator to deliver high-quality training, represent the brand, and support sales activities.

- Provide expert product knowledge and answer complex technical inquiries.
- Act as a brand ambassador in events and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals.
- Support customers with product selection and ensure a positive brand image.
- Coordinate training schedules, follow-ups, and maintain detailed training records.
- Collaborate with the sales team during presentations and customer visits.
- Mentor junior educators and uphold company standards, policies, and professionalism.
- Proven experience in hair education or professional hair care.
- Strong technical knowledge of hair products and application techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to manage training schedules and work closely with sales teams.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
