We are seeking a skilled Hair Professional Educator to deliver high-quality training, represent the brand, and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced training sessions, workshops, and in-salon/academy demos.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and answer complex technical inquiries.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in events and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals.
  • Support customers with product selection and ensure a positive brand image.
  • Coordinate training schedules, follow-ups, and maintain detailed training records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during presentations and customer visits.
  • Mentor junior educators and uphold company standards, policies, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hair education or professional hair care.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hair products and application techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage training schedules and work closely with sales teams.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies
