Job Requirements & Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in program/project management, preferably within the airline industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Hands-on experience with airline back-office systems, specifically in finance and procurement.
- In-depth knowledge of airline direct operating processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess systems and provide recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Oversee airline back-office systems, focusing on finance and procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of airline direct operating processes to inform project decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Conduct evaluations of existing systems and processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks proactively to keep projects on track.
