Job Scope
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of programmatic DOOH campaigns. This includes accurate deal ID setup, campaign trafficking across SSPs and DSPs, performance monitoring, troubleshooting delivery issues, and generating reports. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize campaign delivery, ensure smooth operations, and support monetization strategies.
Role Requirements
Accuracy in deal ID setup and campaign trafficking. Resolution of programmatic issues within SLA (Weekly and monthly programmatic performance reports with optimization recommendations. Maintain optimal campaign pacing and ensure smooth delivery across all live campaigns. Identify underperforming deals and implement real-time fixes or enhancements.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of programmatic DOOH campaigns. This includes accurate deal ID setup, campaign trafficking across SSPs and DSPs, performance monitoring, troubleshooting delivery issues, and generating reports. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize campaign delivery, ensure smooth operations, and support monetization strategies.
Role Requirements
- Oversee programmatic DOOH campaign operations, ensuring accurate deal ID setup, validation, and activation across SSPs and DSPs.
- Experience with third party vendors integration.
- Manage the trafficking and configuration of programmatic campaigns, including creative assignment, targeting parameters, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate programmatic demand sources and enable scalable monetization strategies.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues such as low win rates, no bids, or incorrect targeting—providing timely resolution or escalation as needed.
- Monitor campaign performance in real time, ensuring pacing, budget utilization, and KPI achievement.
- Generate accurate reporting on programmatic campaign delivery.
- Liaise with analytics, creative, and sales teams to align programmatic operations with business objectives and client expectations.
- Provide actionable data and insights to support sales initiatives and inform strategic decisions for the management team.
- Contribute to inventory yield optimization and maximize programmatic revenue through continuous monitoring and improvement of monetization strategies.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including PMP, PG, and Open Market deal types.
- Hands-on experience with DOOH SSPs and DSPs (e.g., Broadsign Reach, Hivestack, Vistar, Displayce).
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital signage platforms.
- Solid foundational knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and JSON, to facilitate troubleshooting and technical integrations.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting delivery data and optimizing based on insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build and analyze pivot tables to extract actionable insights and support decision-making
- Solid troubleshooting skills related to ad serving, delivery, and targeting mismatches.
- Ability to manage multiple programmatic campaigns with competing priorities.
- Clear communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
