Job Description
Oracle is being incredibly successful with our second-generation cloud. It offers customers the genuine ability to run all of their enterprise workloads in the cloud. The Lift team is at the forefront of helping to move customer workloads to the cloud. The Lift team are building delivery expertise who can quickly understand these workloads and define the roadmap to move that workload into the cloud.
We are looking for a manager within EMEA with implementation and delivery experience. Are you focused on customer success? Are you interested in working in fast moving delivery? Can you lead a team of specialists, and focus on delivery? Can you oversea Lift deliveries and New lift opportunities across a region like MEA or West?

An assertive Regional Lead to oversee high profile Cloud Lift implementations who can challenge stakeholders, project sponsors and end-users in the right manner to achieve the desired outcomes.
Your success will be driven by your management of the key elements of the cloud delivery project in your region.
You will be able to demonstrate a wide range of management skills and styles, to engage Client stakeholders, client teams, staff on your delivery projects, and third parties.
Delivery Expertise
It is essential that you have excellent stakeholder management & communication skills and experience of managing large complex data projects through the full project lifecycle. Experience of delivering Cloud implementations projects involving the following is essential:
You will also contribute to and validate project proposals from business requirements and strategic drivers.
Responsibilities
This role will suit a Delivery Manager with a strong background in customer account management, Cloud implementations, and supporting Sales with a demonstrable experience of hands on experience of similar programmes.

- Development and governance of Cut-over strategies.
- Line of Business engagement to understand key business drivers and risks
- Leadership of system implementation, along with an associated cloud Migration.
- Experience of managing design, build test and delivery
You will also contribute to and validate project proposals from business requirements and strategic drivers.
Responsibilities
