Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic branding/creative agency. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of branding and creative projects for our clients. This position requires excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creative teams to understand project objectives, scope, timelines, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Track project progress, manage deadlines, and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, providing updates, and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
• Allocate and manage resources, such as designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated budgets.
• Develop clear and comprehensive creative briefs based on client requirements.
• Conduct thorough quality checks for branding materials, design assets, and other creative outputs before presenting them to clients.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project-related documentation.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting effective teamwork and communication among team members.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance project coordination and overall agency efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, business) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in a branding/creative agency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and consistency in creative deliverables.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of branding and creative processes, including design, copywriting, and marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and address project-related challenges.
