Project Control Specialist

You will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful execution of renewable energy initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, including milestones, deliverables, and critical path analysis.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established schedules and budgets.
• Identify potential risks and deviations from project plans, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather project data and update schedules accordingly.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, issues, and risks.
• Conduct resource planning and allocation to optimize project efficiency and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts, and track actual expenditures against planned budgets.
• Utilize project management software and tools to support project control activities and facilitate communication within project teams.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project control and renewable energy project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in project control or project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project development processes is preferred.
