Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

In this position, individuals coordinate all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation. Installations may involve acceptance of enterprise software systems, system integration, or consulting projects or engagements. The selected individual will also be responsible for planning, schedules, budgets, resources, risk mitigation, deliverables, scope and quality for projects assigned to them.

• Typically involves extensive interaction with pre-sales, sales, the product center, finance, and other members of cross-functional teams.
• May work at client sites from time to time.
• Responsible for projects that are typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improve customer satisfaction or business value through the use of technology.
• Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a strong technical background is often required to manage competing interests.
• Typically oversees scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure stakeholder goal attainment.
• Executes projects in alignment with Hexagon Smart Services Methodology and project management methodologies.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Monitor project work progress (risks, issues, actions, scope changes, etc.).
• Create and deliver weekly and monthly project reporting both internally and externally.
• Maintain project records in all required tools and applications.
• Assist senior members of the PM team at times with tasks on larger internal or external projects.
• Identify improvements to tools and processes.
• Achieve referenceable customers through successful project implementations.
• Conduct business ethically.
