We are seeking a highly experienced and culturally attuned Project Coordinator / Stakeholder Interface Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing stakeholder relationships, securing permits, and ensuring seamless coordination with authorities and the community. This role is integral to the success of the project and requires a deep understanding of the local regulatory environment and cultural context.

We are seeking a highly experienced and culturally attuned Project Coordinator / Stakeholder Interface Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing stakeholder relationships, securing permits, and ensuring seamless coordination with authorities and the community. This role is integral to the success of the project and requires a deep understanding of the local regulatory environment and cultural context.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all stakeholder engagement activities, including coordination with government authorities, community representatives, and other key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison for permit acquisition, access approvals, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between the project team and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder issues and concerns to avoid project delays.
- Support the Package Team in aligning project activities with stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions, commitments, and approvals.
- Represent the project in public forums, community meetings, and authority briefings as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, authority interface, and permit management within engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s regulatory and permitting landscape.
- UAE Nationals (Emiratis) are encouraged to apply.
- Deep understanding of local customs, governance structures, and community dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
