Job Description

As a Project Engineer at KILONEWTONS, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and clients.
• Ensure all projects adhere to environmental and sustainability guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in preparing technical reports, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Familiarity with UAE construction laws, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
