Project Engineer - Architecture

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice - Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.As a Project Engineer - Architectural you will be reporting into the Project Manager, you will oversee and inspect architectural works on-site for high-rise, commercial, and residential building projects across Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure that all architectural construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and local authority regulations including Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, and other governing bodies.Responsibilities:Conduct daily site inspections of architectural works (blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, finishes, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Verify contractor’s work aligns with local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, EHS-Trakhees).Attend inspection requests and coordinate with the contractor to ensure readiness before inspections.Review and comment on architectural shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.Monitor architectural finishes and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Dubai building construction projects.In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and practices.Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
