Your day involves supporting medium-to-large scale projects in the Power Transmission Industry, managing risk, change, and stakeholder engagement. You prepare project lifecycles, review plans, budgets, and timelines, and set up schedules and KPIs. Throughout the day, you steer projects to successful completion, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy guidelines and legal standards

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Proven track record in supporting medium-to-large scale projects, preferably within the Power Transmission Industry, demonstrating expertise in project execution.
• Knowledgeable in risk management, change management, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure project success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively managing internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project lifecycles while ensuring compliance with regulations, corporate governance, and customer requirements.
• Review and manage project plans, budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently as directed by the Project Manager, setting up project schedules, milestones, and KPIs while continuously monitoring progress.
• Steer projects to successful completion, including final acceptance tests and documentation, while ensuring adherence to Siemens Energy Business Conduct Guidelines, including EHS compliance and legal standards.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• University or higher education technical degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with PMP/IPMA or equivalent certification.
• At least 5 years of working experience with utilities or EPCs within the MENA region, demonstrating expertise in the local market.
• Solid understanding of project execution methodologies, tools, and processes, with knowledge of high and medium voltage equipment maintenance (GIS, transformers, control, and protection systems).
• Familiarity with contract management, including claims, change requests, and compliance, along with experience in outage planning and execution in power stations and plants.
• Knowledge of offer and tendering processes, with preferred experience in an international environment.
• Possession of a driving license and own means of transportation, with expert skills in spoken and written English and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
