Role Purpose
To manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC projects, including design review, installation, commissioning, and project coordination. The HVAC Project Engineer ensures that all works are executed according to approved designs, project specifications, UAE standards, and company policies while achieving timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Accountabilities
- Review HVAC design drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Plan, supervise, and monitor the installation of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, ductwork, and piping.
- Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure smooth integration and resolve design or site conflicts.
- Prepare project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports to ensure milestones are met.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and testing to ensure compliance with design, standards, and safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements (e.g., DM, DEWA, ADDC) and company HSE policies.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems, ensuring proper operation and documentation.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, material approvals, as-built drawings, and progress reports.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, or delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure adherence to project budget, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC project engineering, preferably in MEP projects in UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with UAE codes, local authority regulations, and international HVAC standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM coordination is an advantage.
- Experience in site supervision, project planning, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
