Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a skilled Project Site Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of process equipment. The role requires hands-on experience in liquid processing, drying, powder handling, and homogenizer equipment, with a strong focus on the dairy and beverage industry.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation and assist in commissioning for all service projects.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports on performed and upcoming activities.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site activities with subcontractors, internal, and external technicians.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, collaborating with the Site Coordinator and Service Project Manager/Director as required.
  • Report to the Service Project/Process Manager on a daily basis.
  • Troubleshoot complex process issues in liquid processing, drying, powder handling, and homogenizer equipment, with a focus on the dairy and beverage industry, extending to chemical drying.
  • Lead teams in the installation and commissioning of equipment.
  • Develop detailed SOPs for equipment and systems.
  • Inspect, repair, and optimize pasteurizers, powder handling systems, mixing and filtration units, valves, pumps, UHT, homogenizers, drying, and filling equipment.
  • Provide technical training to customers and internal stakeholders.


Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a site engineer within the processing solutions for liquid and powder-based products.
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Experience in liquid processing, drying, powder handling, and homogenizer equipment, particularly within the dairy, beverage, and chemical industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting and optimizing industrial equipment.
  • Ability to work on-site with flexibility for travel when required.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
