Project Leasing Agent

The Role

Join our dynamic Projects Team within the Exclusive Leasing department as a Project Leasing Agent at Savills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the face of premier real estate projects, guiding clients through every stage of their leasing journey. You’ll be the driving force behind client relationships, ensuring seamless lead management, project presentations (viewings), and tenant interactions from initial enquiry to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify prospective tenants and conduct background checks (RERA, bank statements, etc.).
• Present properties, conduct viewings, and manage the full leasing process from instruction to execution.
• Prepare and execute all necessary leasing documents and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory reports for all properties (blocked, leased, vacant).
• Network to identify bulk and corporate leasing opportunities.
• Adhere to RERA and RICS standards and codes of ethics.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and smart business attire.
• Monitor competitor activities and report findings to management.
• Build strong relationships with project owners, clients, and team members.
• Network with professionals to identify business opportunities and cross-sell services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and attend Savills events to represent the brand.
• Ensure accurate data entry on platforms (Goyzer/Hubspot/CRM).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

• Minimum of 3 years leasing experience of residential properties. Preferably based on large scale portfolios, and not individual leasing brokerage
• Must hold a UAE Drivers License
• Broker card (RERA) is preferable
• Likeable and trustworthy personality, with empathetic nature to build long term relationships with clients
• Confidence in delivery of presentations
