The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Manage and oversee residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project status, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Foster strong client relationships and maintain open lines of communication.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
