Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule.
• Design and develop structural plans for various construction projects, adhering to client requirements and industry standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for detailed designs, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, safety codes, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to resolve construction-related issues.
• Develop project budgets and ensure cost control by monitoring expenses and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with local building regulations, safety codes, and environmental guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to maintain compliance.

Job Requirements:

• 8-11 years of professional experience in civil engineering or project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools.
• In-depth knowledge of safety codes, building regulations, and construction standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification or similar qualification is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or additional certifications in construction management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
