Job Description:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for ELV projects, taking into account client requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee the execution of ELV projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, providing direction, support, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Conduct regular meetings and reviews to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that ELV systems meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify system functionality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards in all project activities.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Monitor project expenses and resource allocation to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements to maximize project profitability.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for project stakeholders.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
• Proactively address project challenges and obstacles to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference and improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years’ project delivery experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Experience within UAE, Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with EuroTech Project Managers to achieve common goals.
• Assist the Pre-Sales team with AV design and specification.
• Proactively manage IT / AV project delivery process in line with instructions from Project Head.
• Ensure that project delivery is planned in advance to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Communicate client or third-party dependencies in a timely manner to ensure these do not delay fully functioning systems at handover date.
• Guide the projects team and allocate tasks in line with scope and deadlines.
• Assist the Pre-Sales team with product selection if needed.
• Monitor SLA ticket deadlines for support requests on devices that fall under a EuroTech maintenance agreement.
