We're seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within our professional services organization. This role is essential in ensuring successful project execution by coordinating teams, managing resources, and delivering client-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills to drive projects from initiation to completion while aligning outcomes with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end project execution within the professional services organization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, and business consultants, to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track project progress and provide transparent updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality expectations.
• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and drive accountability across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and recommending process enhancements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience within professional services or consulting environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure) is a plus.
