JD – Enterprise Systems – Project/Account Manager
Short Description
The role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology projects related to enterprise systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The Senior Manager will work with a team of project managers and developers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The role will work closely with senior management to identify and prioritize technology projects, ensuring that the organization's strategic objectives are met. They will also be responsible for providing regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and project team members.

The Senior Manager will work with a team of project managers and developers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. They will also be responsible for providing regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and project team members.
Key Accountabilities
- Project Panning: Developing and maintaining the project plan, which includes defining the project's scope, objectives, goals, tasks, and resource needs.
- Budget management: monitoring the project's costs, making sure that costs stay within the approved budget, as well as managing budget changes.
- Stakeholder Management: Management of project stakeholders, letting them about project status, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Team Management: Management of the project team, including work delegation, progress monitoring, and ensuring that team members are on track to accomplish project goals and deadlines.
- Vendor Management: Managing any vendors or third-party contractors involved in the project, contract negotiation, and managing vendor performance.
- Risk management: Identifying and controlling project risks, as well as creating plans for mitigation and contingency plans.
- Quality Management: Assuring the project complies with quality standards, which includes creating and putting into practice quality assurance procedures and carrying out quality checks at various stages of the project's lifecycle.
- Project Reporting: Creating and presenting project reports to senior management, project sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Change management: Responsible for managing project changes, including documenting change requests, assessing the impact of changes, and implementing approved changes.
- Act as an ambassador for The company at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with The company’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following The company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.
- Certification in Project management like PMP and Service Management like ITIL
- 9-10+ years of combined experience in domestic and international ERP/ CRM Implementation and Project Management
- At least 7 years of experience in ERP/Solution solutions design and deployment
- At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects directly or through direct reports.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, with the ability to handle communications, reporting, status reports, issues logs, for multiple projects/ customers simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills (Bilingual) to support weekly status call, steering committee meetings, customer presentations, etc.
- Strong public speaking skills (Bilingual) to prepare and deliver oral presentations internally and with customer teams.
