- Operations Prerequisites: UAE Driving License is a must. Having technical background of Home and Hotel Automation, BMS with skills in AutoCAD, Corel Draw, Office 365. Work experience of around 5 years is required. Key responsibilities: GRMS &Access control system Support Manager Lead and manage the engineering approvals process, ensuring timely and accurate approvals for materials and drawings from clients and consultants. Oversee a back-office engineering team, providing technical guidance, support and ensuring smooth workflow for all engineering tasks. Coordinate effectively with on-site teams to ensure seamless execution of engineering tasks, resolving any issues, and facilitating communication between departments. Collaborate closely with procurement and accounts teams to ensure timely availability of materials and manage project budgets and financial documentation. Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes, optimizing project timelines and reducing errors Design & Engineering of Guest Room Management, Home Automation Systems Door lock system Preparation of Engineering documents/drawings for the project Preparing Print Pass & Schematic Diagram Coordination with Site & Procurement team Technical discussions with contractors, consultants & clients.
