Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in master planning, urban development, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dubai’s planning regulations, authority approval processes, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate master plan modifications and infrastructure development initiatives.
• Assess the impact of planning changes on approved parameters, including GFA, population, and traffic studies (TIS).
• Ensure compliance with Development Control Regulations (DCR) and plot guidelines.
• Oversee consultant submissions and ensure alignment with authority requirements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, consultants, and government entities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear, actionable updates.
• Maintain financial oversight, including payment approvals and budget tracking.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Proven track record in master planning, urban planning, and infrastructure delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Master Plan guidelines and local authority procedures.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
