Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for major infrastructure and airport runway projects.
- Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to international quality and safety standards.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee contractors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, standards, and client specifications.
- Provide progress reports, risk assessments, and strategic updates to senior management.
- Implement best practices in project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within infrastructure, roadworks, and airport runway projects.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in the UAE/GCC region.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
