Purpose: We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project & Development Services (P&DS) team based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily project management tasks, ensuring efficient delivery across all assigned projects.
  • Develop client briefs and Project Execution Plans tailored to specific project requirements.
  • Conduct full design management, overseeing design teams to develop solutions that meet client expectations and budgets.
  • Handle local government approvals processes effectively.
  • Administer complex contracts, ensuring contractor/consultant compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Assist in tender document preparation, review tender returns, participate in contract negotiations, and oversee contract awards and client reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including programs and master budgets.
  • Produce stage-specific reports for various project phases.
  • Deliver projects within agreed risk, sustainability, and environmental frameworks while focusing on time, cost, and quality.
  • Monitor and report on contractor progress against contract programs.
  • Manage consultant teams to ensure contractor design compliance with contract specifications.
  • Lead internal teams across projects and act as a delivery lead.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous professional consultancy experience preferred but not essential.
  • Degree qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Professional memberships are advantageous but not required.
  • Experience in managing fit-out projects across mixed sectors in the UAE region.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent proficiency in English.
  • International safety qualification or recognition is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the UAE is advantageous.
