Project Manager – Fit-Out

We are hiring a Project Manager – Fit-Out, based in Dubai. The role involves leading and coordinating all phases of fit-out projects, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The Project Manager will oversee site teams and subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all fit-out project activities from start to completion.

• Ensure works meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Control project schedules, budgets, and resources for timely delivery.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth execution.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure health, safety, and quality compliance.

• Provide leadership, monitor progress, and prepare project reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• 5-10 years of fit-out project management experience (preferably in UAE).

• Strong knowledge of fit-out works, finishes, and MEP coordination.

• Proven ability in planning, execution, and client management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English; Urdu/Hindi is an advantage.

• SOE membership is an advantage.

• UAE Driving License is required.
