Project Manager – Furniture & Decor

Our client is a leading luxury retail furniture design company known for our exceptional craftsmanship and innovative designs. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our clients team in SHARJAH

Job Summary: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of furniture design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. You will collaborate closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency while managing resources, schedules, and client relationships. This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for details:

• Collaborate with designers to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to oversee the execution and quality control of furniture design projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely submission and delivery of products.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.
• Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project execution.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation as required.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  
  

Requirements

To be considered for the role you need to qualify the below criteria:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the luxury furniture or retail design industry.Proven experience in managing complex projects and ensuring on-time delivery.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership capabilities.

Willingness to travel within the UAE market for client meetings and project oversight.

Should be willing to work on-site in Sharjah location (Once assigned with the role, gradually there will be flexibility to operate his desk)
