YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for the following:

• Project management: casting, contact influencer, negotiation, contract, briefing, content monitoring/approval, reporting, payment
• On ground management: hosting influencers on ground during throughout their stay
• Client facing: day-to-day client relation, ensure satisfaction, ensure clear follow up and communication, ensure accuracy and excellence of all client documents
• Ensure a clear reporting internally
• Partners Management: stakeholders management, influencer/agency-network management (growth, relationship building etc.)
• Strategy preparation: insights, benchmarks, case studies, digital trends, social listening, activations

In-bound management: management of the inbound social media requests of clients

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• You have a first experience in influencer marketing or social media, with 1-3 years of experience
• You have a background and or interest in working in travel/hospitality
• Previous agency experience is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Communications
• You have already experience in project management
• You are Arabic speaking (native or fluent)

• Creative & forward thinking mind
• You understand the lifecycle of a project and have experience in project management

OPPORTUNITY

Position based in Abu Dhabi

3/4 days per week office requirement.
