Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and technology landscapes. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, schedule creation, resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies.
- Manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and standards.
- Define project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks effectively to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasts.
- Risk and Compliance Management:
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project compliance with relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
- Understand and implement relevant compliance requirements such as KYC, AML, or other banking regulations.
- Banking Industry Expertise:
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of banking operations, products, and services to effectively manage projects.
- Understand and apply industry best practices and trends.
- Experience with core banking systems is a plus.
