Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate a team including Capax, planning, production, and maintenance teams within ENG's Signage division. This role involves managing project schedules, ensuring resource availability, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager will play a key role in implementing efficient workflow processes, supervising daily tasks, and generating comprehensive daily and project reports for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will play a key role in implementing efficient workflow processes, supervising daily tasks, and generating comprehensive daily and project reports for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management & Coordination
- Lead the Capax, planning, production, and maintenance teams to achieve project milestones.
- Organize and prioritize team tasks, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
- Promote a collaborative environment to drive project progress and address challenges proactively.
- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, manage adjustments, and communicate status to all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and submit daily project status reports to the General Manager.
- Create comprehensive project reports, documenting progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively across departments, ensuring stakeholders are updated regularly.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Support skill development within the team to foster career growth and maintain high standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the signage or manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in risk management and process improvement.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in reporting and cross-departmental coordination.
